How long does it take to complete a custom order?
Most custom orders take 3-5 weeks from design approval to completion. This includes time for material sourcing, crafting, finishing, and quality checks. Larger pieces like dining tables may take 6-8 weeks. We’ll provide a specific timeline during our initial consultation.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship throughout Europe, and worldwide on request. Larger furniture is delivered by specialist freight; boards and smaller pieces ship with a tracked courier. Shipping is quoted individually at checkout or during your consultation.
Can I visit your workshop to see products in person?
Of course. Our Copenhagen workshop welcomes visitors by appointment — get in touch and we’ll find a time to show you pieces in progress and the wood we have in stock.
What wood types do you work with?
We work primarily with sustainably sourced European hardwoods — oak, walnut, maple, and ash — alongside reclaimed pine. Every slab is seasoned in our workshop before it is worked.
How do I care for my wooden cutting board?
Hand wash with mild soap, towel dry, and stand it upright to dry fully — never the dishwasher. A light coat of food-safe oil every few weeks keeps the wood nourished and water-resistant.
What is your return policy?
Ready-made pieces can be returned within 30 days in their original condition. Custom commissions are made to your specification and are not returnable, but we will always work with you until you are happy with the result.
Can you match an existing piece of furniture?
Yes — bring measurements and photos, or the piece itself, and we can match proportions, wood species, and finish so the new piece sits naturally beside the old.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, MobilePay, and bank transfer. Custom commissions are confirmed with a 30% deposit, with the balance due before delivery.
